Our Process
01. Meet your designer
Client relationships are extremely important to us. We always start the design process by getting to know each other and the scope of your project. This may be online, over a cup of coffee (or even a glass of wine!)

Concept development
Once we understand your vision, we will get working on mood boards, concepts and layouts of the space. Whatever your style is, this will be centric to our designs. We will produce material boards to show an overall deign concept.
03. Technical Plans
Floorplans and elevations will drawn up for everything needed - this may include new bathrooms and kitchen, flooring layouts, built in furniture designs, furniture layouts, and even electrical plan.
04. Costing & Schedules
We will request quotes from different contractors for all works required. We will also research different suppliers for all materials needed and put together a full supply schedule for second fix materials, and furniture.
05. Final Design & Specs
A final design package will be compiled ready to hand over to the lucky chosen contractor. This will include everything they need to execute the design.
06. Tender & appoint contractor
Next, we appoint one of our trusted contractors, who will make your vision and our designs come to life.
07. Managing the build process
Managing the build process is one of the most important steps. We will project manage from start to finish to ensure every detail has been executed to our exacting standards.
08. Decoration & fit-out
Now the real fun begins, - furnishing your new home! Whether this be with pre-loved favourites, or stylish new pieces, we will do all the heavy lifting (and even the cleaning!)
