Our Process
01. Meet our team
Client relationships are extremely important, so we always start the design process with getting to know one and other.
02. Discussion on development concept
Each developer has their own style and vision for their development, we aim to take this vision and enhance it with our design flair! All aspects will be taken into account while we develop the design theme, including location, target buyers, and budgets.
03. Design Concept
We will provide concepts and mood boards for every aspect of the project. We specialise in bathroom, kitchen, and general specification themes for new developments.
04. Design development
We will work with you to ensure design concepts are reviewed and approved.
05. Technical Drawings
Technical drawings will be drawn up for all bathrooms and kitchens, including tile layouts. We can also provide electrical plans including lighting and switches and sockets.
06. Specification schedule
Following design approval we will provide a specification schedule from the bathroom tiles and taps, to the door handles and locks. Depending on the finish required, we will provide a detailed schedule including where to source within budget.
07. Management
We will work with the contractors to make sure designs are being followed and executed correctly. We can also manage or assist in procurement of second fix materials as well as onsite management during the decoration stage.
08. Marketing services available
